To help us provide you with the best possible service, please provide artwork to us within the following guidelines:
- PDF file format preferred. Use the "High Quality" or "Press Quality" setting when creating your PDF.
If you can't provide a PDF for whatever reason, below are the guidelines for submitting native files of your artwork:
- For Quark files, please provide us with the "collected" files, which will include fonts, all graphics used, and a Quark document (.qxd file extension).
- For Adobe InDesign, please provide "packaged" files, which will include fonts, all graphics used, and an InDesign file (.indd file extension).
- When providing Adobe Illustrator files (such as .ai or .eps), convert all fonts to outlines and make sure PMS (Pantone) colors are correctly identified.
- Jobs must be pre-flighted and checked for errors before files are received. Any pre-flighting done on our part will be subject to design time fees.
- For best results, provide a printed proof or example for us to go by.
